I am Charlie Lane of C R Lane Electrical. If you call to seek advice or make an enquiry then you will speak to me and if I have my head under someone’s floorboards somewhere you will probably speak to my wife.
I’m telling you this so that you know that you’re dealing with a man, not a company, so I have full ownership of each job and am committed to seeing things through from the initial phone call, through the job and testing, right up to you looking me in the eye and telling me you are happy with the job.
As an individual I am invested in your job. I am respectful of your home, mindful of your privacy, professional, friendly and informative in my approach. As an electrician I have over 20 years of experience and a good working knowledge of electrical systems; old and new. As a business owner I have pride in, and passion for completing every job in a way that I am…. and you are happy with.
